HVO – Environmental Responsibility
HVO fuel (Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil) is a modern biofuel produced from renewable raw materials such as vegetable oils, animal fats, as well as waste oils and by-products from the food industry. It is chemically almost identical to conventional diesel fuel.
Made from renewable sources, HVO has a lower environmental impact compared to fossil diesel. HVO100 is reported to reduce CO2 emissions by up to 90%.
This is one of many paths we are taking. We have already embarked on this journey and are currently in the testing phase, exclusively fueling selected vehicles with HVO100.
Another path we will soon take is electric trucks.
